Esmé Patterson, the Colorado singer-songwriter and MMS favorite, rolls through DC tomorrow night in support of her 2016 release We Were Wild. A stylistic departure from her prior records, We Were Wild featured Esmé branching out sonically while her lyrics turned inward. A jigger of folk, a snifter of rock, and a dash of punk are the hallmarks of her self-produced new video for "Francine".
